take a walk or a jog with her. its fun when you have someone to excersize with. and also eating healthy yummy fruits will give you the energy. eat healthy and a lot but dont over eat. maybe we can excersize together XD jk
I did Weight Watchers with my mom, and it was amazing. You can buy your own food anywhere and make it yourself, so it’s about as low budget as it can get. It’s really easy to follow and hard to give up. There are a bunch of recipe books & recipes online so you never get bored. Good luck!
The most important thing to do when you are on a diet is to do exercise as well. The diet should consist of all of the food groups, good fats, complex carbs, protein, fruits, veggies and dairy. The fruits and veggies are usually consider a complex carb. Then you need to determine what your required calories are for your age and activity level. My wife is on Jenny Craig and her current calorie intake is 1200 calories which will increase at the end of the program to 1500 calories. Once again exercise is a key element, as well you may want to get your hormones checked, due to the fact that if your hormones are out of wack the diet may prove to be unsuccessful. Good Luck….
