I run a daycare and this is what I tell my parents, and what I do here. Take the diaper or pull-up off, and tell her she is a big girl now. Get her some panties with her favorite character on them (Little Mermaid, Cinderella, monkeys, whatever) and put those on her. Just tell her, ‘you need to pee pee and poo poo in the potty because you don’t want to poo poo on Cinderella’. she will probably have a day or two of accidents, and that will be no fun for you, but if you fight the temptation of putting a pull up on her, and dance and sing a jump around every time she goes to the potty, it will work. This usually works pretty quickly, especially in girls. Having an accident feels gross to her, and she will want to use the potty next time. Good Luck!

give it time, watch time she poops and try to set a routine for it
pretty panties of her choosing are a great motivator, you don’t want to soil your pretty panties
and lots and lots of patience. when mistakes happen smile laugh and say next time we are going to make it

Try making a chart.

One star every time she uses the potty and one taken away if not.

At the end of the day reward her for the stars.
At the end of the week maybe take her to the store and be like every star you have is 5 cents so use it like a bank system.

or when she dose use the potty give her like an M&M and two for a BM.
