Do you use MSN explorer? Most likely these blocks are only in effect in MSN.

If so, simply use Internet Explorer instead... [Preferably Mozilla firefox, since it is safer]

Then everything should be open.

Me? No. At first I thought he was referring to MSN's blocks. Which ironically only work in MSN explorer.

I see what he means, I'm currently looking it up to edit my answer.

EDIT**

Ok This should work,

Go to start > run [its the search bar if you're in vista]

type in msconfig and press ok

Click Services tab.

Click Hide microsoft items

Click Disable All

Uncheck Hide microsoft items

Click Startup tab

Disable anything that relates to verizon.

Reboot.

Now you should have access, just remember to repeat the steps, re-enabling all the services and changing that verizon startup items to start again.
