EDIT** Ok This should work, Go to start > run [its the search bar if you're in vista] type in msconfig and press ok Click Services tab. Click Hide microsoft items Click Disable All Uncheck Hide microsoft items Click Startup tab Disable anything that relates to verizon. Reboot. Now you should have access, just remember to repeat the steps, re-enabling all the services and changing that verizon startup items to start again. Do you use MSN explorer? Ok This should work,

Go to start > run [its the search bar if you're in vista]

type in msconfig and press ok

Click Services tab.

Click Hide microsoft items

Click Disable All

Uncheck Hide microsoft items

Click Startup tab

Disable anything that relates to verizon.

Reboot.

Now you should have access, just remember to repeat the steps, re-enabling all the services and changing that verizon startup items to start again.
