In theory you could get a restraining order against her, however, in reality there is very little that you can do.

As long as she is not threatening you, simply putting your information out there is not inherently a crime.

You and your parents can file for an injunction in court. basically a civil action where the judge would order her to cease and desist. If she does not, then she can be held in contempt (fine or jail). Would probably need an attorney. If the information is not false – then she could not be sued for slander. Her comment about having people beat you up – would be the grounds for the action. Contact your prosecuting attorney – they may have other avenues available to help you out.

I’m not a lawyer but I had a somewhat similar situation happen to me. If nothing has actually happened to you or your parents because of her actions, then most likely all you can do is get a restraining order. The newer laws should include protection from inter media harassment..ie-texting-chatrooms-and especially phone calls. So basically once you get the restraining order she can in no way contact or harrass you. With the newer laws even mentioning your name on any kind of internet site would be covered as well. Theese laws originated from young kids killing themselves over internet/myspace harrasment. So the laws are new and might not be in effect depending on where you live. When you go in front of the mediator for the restraining order you are going to have to bring in as much evidence of harassment as you can. So start making copies of everything she has put on the internet and get a notebook and log down the-time, date, website, and anything else that will help you pinpoint when the actions occured. It will be hard to do but worth it to get it over with!! Good luck!
